Associate Project Manager, Laboratory Services

Role: The Associate Project Manager supports client projects within Quanterix's laboratory services, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with commercial and laboratory teams, managing project logistics, maintaining data accuracy, supporting laboratory operations, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. The role involves client communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and facilitating internal workflows to meet project and quality metrics. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, 1-2+ years in life sciences or clinical/lab settings, with some project management experience preferred. Skills include strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or ERP is a plus. High-value biopharma specifics: Role supports biomarker detection technologies, primarily in clinical research and diagnostics, with a focus on precision health, biomarker quantification, and clinical sample management. Located onsite in Bedford, MA, with an expectation of 5 days per week presence.
