Associate Project Manager, Drug Development

Role: Associate Project Manager supporting early-to-late stage drug development portfolios in biopharma, primarily focusing on project coordination, timeline management, and operational support. Responsibilities: maintain and update complex development timelines and budgets within a PPM system, monitor and ensure consistency across project tools, assist senior project managers with logistics, prepare reports and dashboards, and track action items for timely delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in sciences, business, or healthcare; 1-3 years in pharmaceutical or biotech project support; proficiency in Smartsheet and experience with PPM tools like Planisware; detail-oriented with strong software skills; knowledge of drug development lifecycle from preclinical to regulatory submission. Preferred: CAPM certification, understanding of end-to-end drug development stages, and ability to work remotely across time zones. High-Value: supporting R&D programs in early to late stages, remote setup with minimal travel (<10%), and based in the US. Collaboration/reporting: reports directly to the Director, Program Management, and provides operational support to senior project managers.
