Associate Production Scheduler

Role: Associate Production Scheduler supporting daily to monthly production planning at Vericel's biopharma manufacturing sites. Responsibilities: independently prepare and communicate next-day schedules, analyze demand, capacity, inventory, and quality readiness; collaborate with cross-functional teams; monitor schedule execution and recommend adjustments; assist in process improvements and data management using ERP and scheduling systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s in business, supply chain, life sciences, or relevant experience (1-5 years), with preference for cGMP biotech/pharma environment experience; proficiency in ERP/MES/CRM systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, OpCenter APS; strong communication skills. Preferred: experience with electronic scheduling, autologous cell therapies, and complex materials planning.
