Associate Procurement Responsible Sourcing (Titusville, NJ or New Brunswick, NJ; up to 10% travel)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and advise Procurement activities to deliver against Health for Humanity goals, legal obligations, and suppliers’ Responsibility Standards.
- Administer third-party providers’ responsible sourcing due diligence, legal filings, and commitments.
- Communicate Responsible Sourcing Program expectations to the supply base and support supplier education (environmental, human rights, supplier inclusion).
- Ensure timely analysis, reporting, and communication of program metrics and data insights to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure internal tools/solutions are fit for purpose, including managing changes and upgrades.
- Manage and follow up on required financial and scorecarding tasks.
- Create and maintain program documentation (e.g., SharePoint sites and knowledge resources).
- Support annual business planning and communicate program requirements and targets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years in Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, or Process Excellence.
- Advanced Excel (data cleansing, filtering, pivot tables) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Advanced use of CoPilot and other AI tools.
- Proficient in PowerPoint; experience with executive-level presentations.
- Excellent written/verbal English; strong communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with internal partners; strong delivery focus with minimal supervision.
- High commitment to quality, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Procurement understanding of systems, processes, and category management.
- Exceptional Credo leadership and passion for social/environmental improvements.

Preferred Skills:
Analytical reasoning; business data analysis; category management strategy; due diligence; risk management; RFx management; spend analysis; strategic sourcing; supplier/vendor collaboration and management.

Benefits:
