Role: Associate Principal Scientist in Preclinical Research focusing on molecular biology and gene delivery for autoimmune disease therapies, notably CAR T-cell platforms. Responsibilities: lead and manage a team executing assay development, support discovery projects, oversee experimental planning and execution, identify resource needs, and collaborate cross-functionally with discovery and broader teams; contribute to process improvements and technology implementation. Requirements: PhD in Molecular or Cell Biology or related field; at least 2 years biotech industry experience; expertise in molecular biology techniques, assay development, and gene delivery methods (e.g., viral vectors, lipid nanoparticles); strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to operate flexibly within a fast-growing, innovative environment. Preferred qualifications include prior management experience, hands-on gene delivery experience, and work with CAR-T in preclinical models or IND-enabling studies.
