Role: Associate Principal Scientist leading early-stage immunology drug discovery programs within inflammation and autoimmune therapeutics. Responsibilities: define and execute discovery strategies, lead cross-functional teams across biology, biologics, bioanalytics, and pharmacology, design and interpret complex in vitro and ex vivo studies, innovate new approaches and technologies, mentor colleagues, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Requirements: Ph.D. in immunology, cell biology, or related biomedical science with 5+ years of relevant drug discovery experience, strong immunology expertise particularly in Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, or Dermatology, proficiency in cell-based assays, immunoassays, and data analysis tools, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and leadership skills. Preferred: experience managing biologics or chemistry discovery programs, translational research and biomarker discovery background, familiarity with multiple modalities (small molecules, biologics).
