Responsibilities include building, calibrating, and validating models using tools like CADET and GoSilico; designing experiments for parameter estimation; applying models to guide process decisions; extending modeling to viral inactivation, UF/DF, and filtration; managing end-to-end projects; mentoring junior scientists; and shaping team roadmaps. Qualifications: Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related fields with 3-7+ years of industrial/pharmaceutical experience; strong expertise in chromatography, transport phenomena, and process simulation; experience in biologics (mAbs, vaccines, viral vectors) preferred.
