Associate Principal Scientist, Clinical Research

Role: Associate Principal Scientist, Biomarker Operations Project Management, overseeing clinical-trial biomarker activities across pipeline stages and therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: plan and execute biospecimen collection, assay processes, and data transfer; collaborate with biomarker scientists, study teams, external vendors, and data management to ensure operational excellence, data quality, and compliance; co-author protocol sections; develop vendor SOWs and logistics; implement workflow improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (≥8 years relevant experience) or Master's (≥5 years); proven project management and experience in drug discovery or clinical research; strong communication skills; adept at working in fast-paced, collaborative, matrixed environments. Preferred: experience with automation tools like Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot.
