Associate Principal Scientist, Clinical Research

Role: Associate Principal Scientist, Biomarker Operations Project Management, overseeing the planning and execution of clinical-trial biomarkers across various pipeline stages and therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: coordinate specimen collection, assay execution, data transfer, and vendor partnerships; serve as operational partner to biomarker leads; co-author protocol sections related to biomarkers; design sample logistics and collaborate with data management and vendors to ensure high-quality biomarker data. Requirements: Bachelor’s (≥8 years) or Master’s (≥5 years) in a scientific/technical field; proven project management and drug discovery/clinical research experience; strong communication skills; ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Preferred: experience with automation tools like Power BI and Power Automate.
