Role: Associate Principal Scientist in Biomarker Operations Project Management, overseeing clinical-trial biomarker activities across various pipeline stages and therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: plan and execute biomarker logistics, collaborate with biomarker scientists and study teams, co-author study protocols, manage specimen collection and vendor relationships, and optimize workflows for data quality and operational efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with ≥8 years or Master’s degree with ≥5 years in a scientific or technical field; proven project management experience; background in drug discovery or clinical research; strong communication skills; experience with GxP, clinical trials, and biomarker development. Preferred: familiarity with automation tools like Power BI, Power Automate, or Copilot. High-Value: focus on translational medicine, biomarker discovery/qualification, sample handling, and data transfer within clinical trial contexts. Work setup: hybrid, with no travel requirements.
