Associate Principal Scientist, Clinical Research

Role: Early Clinical Scientist (ECS) leading operational and scientific aspects of early-phase vaccine clinical trials within Translational Medicine. Objectives: design, planning, and execution of first-in-human to late-stage studies; ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and regulatory standards; oversee safety, risk management, and data interpretation. Responsibilities: manage cross-functional teams, author clinical and regulatory documents, develop SOPs, and represent early development initiatives externally. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences with ≥11 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with fewer years; minimum 6 years Phase 1 or 8 years Phase 2-3 trial experience; expertise in vaccine development, clinical trial management, scientific writing, and regulatory compliance.
