Role: Scientific expert leading research in next-generation CAR-T cell therapies within AstraZeneca's Oncology Cell Therapy Unit. Objectives: advance off-the-shelf and innovative CAR-T approaches through experimental design, execution, and interpretation of complex in vitro and in vivo studies. Preferred: experience with allogeneic platforms, gene editing (CRISPR, AAV), humanized mouse models, and biotech/pharma pipeline projects.
