Responsibilities:
- Design and execute hands-on lab experiments for large-scale single-cell and spatial multiomics studies (single-cell RNA-seq, REAP-seq/CITE-seq, CROP-seq/Perturb-seq, immune profiling, Multiome ATAC-seq; CosMx, Xenium, COMET mIF, Digital Pathology).
- Support and develop perturbation, cell-culture, and tissue-based profiling to enable mechanistic and translational investigations.
- Collaborate with experimental biologists, automation engineers, computational/data/AIML scientists, and therapeutic-area experts to define strategies and execute plans.
- Drive projects independently from study design through execution, data interpretation, troubleshooting, and result communication.
- Evaluate/implement/scale emerging single-cell/spatial technologies, computational approaches, and biological models for discovery and translation.
- Communicate goals, assay procedures, findings, and insights to executive leadership.

Education/Experience:
- Ph.D. in molecular/cell biology, bioengineering, cell biology, genetics/genomics, computational biology, biotechnology, or related STEM + 3–5+ years industry experience.

Required skills/experience:
- Single-cell and/or spatial multiomics applied to Immunology.
- Extensive hands-on molecular biology and high-throughput genomic technologies (scRNAseq/STx; REAP-seq/CITE-seq; CROP-seq/Perturb-seq; spatial transcriptomics).
- Ability to work across single-cell and spatial workflows.
- Perturbation + cell/tissue systems and connecting assay design to biological/translational questions.
- Experience executing advanced profiling platforms at scale (e.g., 10x Genomics; Bruker STx/mIF/MSI; Parse scRNAseq or similar).
- Automation proficiency (e.g., Biomek, Hamilton, Leica Bond Rx or equivalent).
- Linux/Unix + HPC; R and/or Python.
- Computational analysis and biological interpretation of multimodal datasets.
- Cross-functional partnership (experimental biologists, data scientists, TA biologists, IT/engineering).
- Experimental rigor, documentation, troubleshooting; strong written/verbal communication.

Preferred:
- Matrixed-team experience aligned to therapeutic priorities; publication history.

Benefits (explicitly stated):
- Annual bonus/long-term incentive (if applicable); comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement (401(k)), paid holidays/vacation, compassionate/sick days.
