Primary Responsibilities
- Plan/manage real-world evidence and non-interventional research activities for in-line and pipeline hematology products to meet value evidence needs of clinicians, payers, policymakers, HTA/reimbursement agencies, and health systems globally.
- Assess drivers/barriers to reimbursement and market access with internal teams; provide input into integrated evidence generation strategies.
- Design non-interventional/data synthesis studies; author protocols; develop questionnaires, case report forms, data analysis plans, final reports, presentations, and publications.
- Manage study contracting, budgets, and vendor/partner management.
- Develop AMCP dossiers for US payers and Global Value Dossiers.
- Support country affiliates with local evidence generation needs; adapt model inputs for health economic evaluations; customize outcomes research documents per local requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate research activities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay current on scientific/methodological developments in the therapeutic area and outcomes research.
- Build partnerships with scientific experts worldwide.
- Present at national/international congresses and publish in scientific journals.
Education and Experience
- Master’s (MSc/MPH) or PharmD plus fellowship in relevant discipline (health services research, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health economics, pharmacoeconomics, pharmacy administration) required.
- Doctoral degree (PhD/DrPH/MD/ScD) preferred.
- 1–3 years experience post master’s/PharmD required; postdoctoral degree preferred.
