Role Summary
- Under the guidance of a senior leader, plan/manage real world and economic evidence activities for in-line and pipeline products to meet global value evidence needs of clinicians, payers, policymakers, HTA/reimbursement agencies, and health systems.
- Execute prospective/retrospective observational studies (disease burden/epidemiology; treatment patterns; HCU/costs), satisfaction surveys, clinical and patient-reported outcomes assessments, systematic reviews/meta-analyses, and economic modeling.
- Develop AMCP dossiers (US payers) and Global Value Dossiers (for local HTA submissions). Work cross-functionally with clinical development, medical affairs, biostatistics, market access, commercial, and country affiliates; may supervise external vendors/partners and interact with HTA/reimbursement decision makers and immunization advisory groups.

Responsibilities And Primary Activities
- Participate in value evidence teams as outcomes research representative on cross-functional regional/global teams.
- Assess drivers/barriers to reimbursement and market access; inform clinical, regulatory, payer/access, marketing, and evidence generation strategy.
- Design studies; author protocols; develop measurement questionnaires/case report forms/data analysis plans; produce study reports, presentations, and publications.
- Manage contracting, budgets, and vendors/partners; ensure alignment with company policies/SOPs and global regulations (including GPP when applicable).
- Develop AMCP dossiers and Global Value Dossiers; develop supplementary clinical data packages for HTA submissions.
- Support country affiliates with local evidence needs; adapt health economic evaluations and customize outcomes research documents.
- Communicate outcomes research/health economic modeling data; maintain awareness of scientific/methodological developments; build expert relationships; present at congresses and publish.

Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience
- Minimum: Master’s degree (MSc/MPH) in relevant field; 1–3 years post-degree.
- Preferred: Doctoral degree (PhD/DrPH/ScD/PharmD) in relevant field.
- Required skills: Data management; researching; stakeholder relationship management; strategic planning.
