Role: Associate Principal IT Product Lead - Digital Applications, responsible for managing a portfolio of digital products crucial to Exelixis's drug discovery, development, and commercialization efforts. Objectives include defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and leading agile teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Responsibilities encompass product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement across IT and business units, overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with GxP and data security standards, and supporting operational excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 11+ years of related experience, including at least 8 years in IT with a focus on digital product management in the biopharma industry; advanced degrees (Master’s/PhD) preferred. Skills include leadership, strategic planning, Agile methodologies, technical acumen in cloud platforms or pharma-specific systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, LIMS), and regulatory compliance knowledge. Experience in supporting enterprise IT functions and familiarity with drug discovery, clinical development, or commercialization phases are highly valued.
