Associate Principal, Business Analyst

Role Summary

Associate Principal, Business Analyst responsible for developing, testing, and implementing FTE demand algorithms using PLANIT to transform demand forecasting within BioPharma ClinOps. Collaborates with stakeholders to align with productivity initiatives and drive improvements in ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Manage the BAU process for ongoing review and refinement of functional FTE demand algorithms.
• Develop and manage a roadmap of planned deliveries aligned with scorecard objectives and functional needs.
• Ensure FTE demand in PLANIT aligns with the organizational structure and is driven by reliable forecast algorithms.
• Ensure the impact of productivity initiatives is realized in demand forecasting; deliver documentation, communication, and training to support changes.

Qualifications

• Required: University degree at Bachelor level, in a scientific or business discipline
• Required: 5‚Äì10 years of project/portfolio/resource management in a Clinical Development environment
• Required: Broad drug development experience in a matrix environment
• Required: Minimum 5 years of working experience and understanding of business planning and capacity management process
• Required: Ability to look for and champion more efficient and effective methods/processes
• Required: Goal oriented and able to drive performance
• Required: Experience in converting organizational needs into demand algorithms
• Required: Experience in developing demand algorithms for Clinical Development
• Required: Strong data modelling skills and ability to transform data into easily understood formats
• Required: Ability to balance tact, patience, and persistence with moving improvements quickly
• Required: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple functions through improvement processes with varying speeds
• Required: Expert knowledge of PLANIT (PLANISWARE) and demand algorithms

Education
