Shift Available:
- Thursday–Saturday and alternating Wednesdays (05:00–17:30)
Responsibilities:
- Perform Cell Therapy tasks to support Value Stream outputs per cGMP using approved SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Maintain timing to ensure on-time logistics.
- Receive patient materials via apheresis; prepare final product shipments for couriers.
- Execute receipt and discard of ex-US PBMC and ex-US Cryopreserved Material (CMAT).
- Support Sample Retrieval, Movements, and Storage.
- Support transfers of Manufactured Goods to an off-site facility.
- Support manual and electronic batch record executions, deviation investigations, and CAPA closure.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and address procedural/documentation errors.
- Coordinate with management to ensure adequately trained personnel for manufacturing activities.
- Record patient material handling data per GDPs.
- Problem-solve with minimal supervision.
- Work in a team-based, cross-functional environment on the shift schedule.
- Work in an environment with blood-derived components.
- Other assigned duties; available for OT when business requires; willing to work staggered day shift hours.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Cold chain sample storage/transfer; knowledge of cGMP/FDA-regulated industry.
- Basic math; general understanding of cGMPs.
- Technical writing; MS Office proficiency.
- Inventory control/management.
- Understanding of biology, chemistry, medical or clinical practices.
Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
- 0–1 years of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing/bioprocessing manufacturing or relevant experience.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- $28.13–$34.09/hour; additional incentive opportunities may be available.
