Role: Associate Medical Director, Rare Neurology Outcome Development, supporting innovative outcome measures and evidence generation strategies for rare neurological diseases, including neuromuscular conditions. Responsibilities: develop, evaluate, and refine biomarkers, digital endpoints, and clinical outcome assessments; contribute to outcome studies, natural history research, and regulatory interactions; support evidence generation frameworks for early-stage assets; collaborate with cross-functional teams, external experts, and stakeholders; contribute to scientific publications and conference presentations. Requirements: Ph.D., MD, or PharmD; 5+ years in clinical research or outcome measure development; experience in clinical outcome assessment strategy, trial design, and data interpretation; strong knowledge of GCP, biostatistics, and regulatory standards; excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred qualifications: experience with biomarkers, wearables, digital health, neurology/rare diseases, and pipeline/portfolio strategy. High-value biopharma specifics: focus on neurology, rare disorders, biomarker and digital endpoint development, clinical trial support, and evidence generation; involvement in early to late-stage development; occasional domestic and international travel.
