Responsibilities include acting as a medical scientist and SME, designing and developing clinical studies, providing scientific oversight to CROs and trial sites, participating in protocol and regulatory document review, ensuring safety monitoring, analyzing clinical data, engaging with investigators and regulators, and contributing to publications and presentations. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams such as clinical operations, safety, biometrics, and regulatory. Qualifications: MD, board-certified or eligible, preferably in oncology; 2+ years of clinical development experience in biotech, pharma, or academia; proven research record with publications. Skills: strong scientific knowledge, excellent communication, leadership, adaptability to fast-paced environments. High-value specifics: oncology, clinical trial phases I-III, medical and regulatory oversight, cross-functional collaboration, clinical safety monitoring. Work setup: full-time, headquarters-based in the U.S., with a salary range of $229,300-$269,800.
