Role: Associate Manufacturing Night shift operator at Amgen's biotech facility, primarily performing GMP-compliant batch operations of solutions, including buffers and media, within a biologics manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: execute batching and transfer processes, monitor critical procedures, draft and revise manufacturing documentation, troubleshoot basic issues, and support quality and process improvements. Requirements: high school diploma/GED plus 2 years of manufacturing experience, or associate's degree plus 6 months' experience, or bachelor’s in Science/Engineering; familiarity with biotech processes like purification, cell culture, aseptic techniques; knowledge of GMP, CFR, and regulatory standards; basic statistical and troubleshooting skills. Preferred: experience with large-scale biotech operations, Single-use-Systems, Delta V, analytical methods, technical writing, project management, and physical/chemical principles. High-Value: biologics manufacturing, GMP compliance, night shift schedule with 12-hour rotations, including a 15% shift differential; working at a state-of-the-art biologics facility advancing medicines for serious illnesses across oncology, inflammation, rare diseases, and other therapeutic areas.
