Associate Manufacturing Scientist I (2nd shift)

Role: Associate Manufacturing Scientist I supporting large-scale oligonucleotide synthesis and purification in a biopharma setting, with a focus on RNAi therapeutics development. Responsibilities: follow GMP/GDP protocols, operate and maintain manufacturing equipment (e.g., synthesizers, purification skids, filtration systems), document operations accurately, assist in reagent and mobile phase preparation, perform analytical testing (LCMS), coordinate with cross-functional teams (Process Development, Quality), and lead production campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor's in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or relevant experience; 0-2 years in biotech or pharma manufacturing/laboratory roles; strong adherence to procedures, detail orientation, teamwork, and communication skills. Preferred: GMP environment experience, proficiency with chromatography, filtration, LC-MS, and familiarity with batch documentation or ERP systems. High-Value: biologics/pharmaceutical manufacturing, oligonucleotides, GMP compliance, second-shift work (1pm-11:30pm, M-Th), and Wisconsin-based location. Work setup involves hands-on lab/manufacturing environment with collaborative cross-functional interactions.
