Associate Manufacturing - Nights

Role: Associate Manufacturing in biotech, performing production operations in a GMP environment for biopharmaceuticals. Responsibilities: execute and monitor critical manufacturing processes, draft and revise SOPs and technical reports, troubleshoot equipment, and own deviations/CAPAs; participate in cross-functional teams and process improvements. Requirements: high school diploma with 2+ years manufacturing experience, or associate’s degree with 6 months experience, or bachelor’s in Science/Engineering; knowledge of biotech operations (cell culture, purification, aseptic processing), GMP regulations, and equipment like Delta V; basic statistical and troubleshooting skills. Preferred: advanced technical writing, project management, understanding of analytical methods, familiarity with CFR and regulatory guidelines. High-Value: manufacturing of biologics or cell/gene therapies, involving large-scale biotech processes, working in a night shift (12 hours, rotating), with shift differential and premium pay for Sundays. Collaboration with manufacturing teams, cross-functional support, and adherence to GxP standards. The role emphasizes operational excellence and continuous process improvement in a regulated biopharma setting.
