Associate Manufacturing Engineer

Role: Associate Manufacturing Engineer supporting CAR-T cell therapy manufacturing at Legend Biotech. Objectives: ensure robust, compliant, and efficient cell therapy production, primarily for CAR-T processes. Responsibilities: provide front-line technical support, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, collaborate with quality and engineering teams, support investigations and CAPAs, and optimize process performance and waste reduction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 2-3 years of biotech/biopharma operations experience, preferably in cell/gene therapy cGMP manufacturing. Preferred: advanced degree and experience with CAR-T or cell therapy manufacturing. High-Value: involvement in cell/gene therapy, CAR-T process support, COGs reduction, process improvements, and GxP compliance. Work setup: based in Raritan, NJ, with support for shift work; travel requirements not specified.
