Associate Manufacturing - Days

Role: Manufacturing Associate supporting biopharmaceutical production at Amgen, primarily operating equipment, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include executing operations per SOPs, monitoring critical processes, drafting and revising technical documents, troubleshooting, reviewing documentation, and owning deviations and CAPAs. Experience with large-scale biotech operations, analytical methods, and technical writing is advantageous. Seniority/Experience: Entry-level to mid-level manufacturing experience, with potential for growth. Work setup: Initially administrative schedule (days), progressing to rotating 12-hour shifts (7 am – 7 pm) with a two-week rotation, offering benefits like premium pay for Sundays and a flexible work environment.
