Associate Manufacturing

What You Will Do:
- Execute drug product filling activities
- Perform initial review of manufacturing batch records
- Maintain a safe and compliant culture by identifying preventative measures
- Create and/or revise standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (may be cross-functional)
- Analyze data (e.g., SPC, CPV) of critical process parameters; recommend actions to Engineering/Process Development
- Develop finite schedules for tasks (including unit operations)
- Monitor productivity and identify countermeasures impacting cycle-time adherence
- Elevate critical events to management
- Apply relevant systems for job duties (e.g., SAP, QMTS, LIMS)
- Support introduction of new products/technologies
- Initiate and own quality records (e.g., non-conformances, CAPA)

What We Expect Of You
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree with 6 months Manufacturing/Operations experience OR High school diploma/GED with 2 years Manufacturing/Operations experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- B.S. in life science/related field
- 2 years GMP experience
- Proficiency with computer operations (MS Office, Excel)
- Ability to operate specialized equipment/computers
- Ability to follow regulatory requirements, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Ability to evaluate documentation/data per company/regulatory guidelines
- Ability to interact with internal/external inspectors
- Technical writing, communication (written/oral), presentation
- Organization, multitasking, deadline management; detail-oriented and adaptable
