Associate Manufacturing

Role: Associate of Manufacturing in biotech production supporting development, clinical, and launch activities at Amgen's Thousand Oaks facility. Responsibilities: perform critical manufacturing operations—setup, cleaning, media/buffer prep, analytical testing—in compliance with GMP and safety standards; draft and revise SOPs and technical reports; initiate and manage quality records and CAPAs; troubleshoot, identify process improvements, and support validation protocols; train staff and participate in cross-functional teams. Requirements: high school diploma/GED with 2+ years manufacturing experience, or Associate degree with 6 months, or Bachelor’s degree; hands-on experience in biotech manufacturing preferred.
