Responsibilities:
- Perform genome-scale analyses using genotype, imputed, and sequence data from millions of individuals across hundreds of phenotypes and biomarkers.
- Maintain and improve analytical workflows and implement analytical best practices across teams.
- Integrate computational tools and diverse molecular data types to generate disease insights, interpret results, and prioritize therapeutic target candidates.
- Critically review analysis plans, results, and summaries to ensure accuracy and reliability; identify problems and propose analytical refinements.

Qualifications / Required:
- PhD in Human Genetics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
- Postdoctoral training or 0–2 years of industry experience.
- Experience with genome- and exome-wide association analyses, rare variant analysis, Mendelian randomization, LD Score regression, polygenic risk score modeling, meta-analysis, and functional data to prioritize variants/genes.
- Expertise with cloud computing; advanced genomic tools (e.g., PLINK, REGENIE); statistical analysis and computation (R, Python, C/C++).

Skills / Preferred:
- Experience managing genetic and phenotype data; familiarity with VCF/sequence data, genotype imputation strategies, and QC of genetic association inputs/outputs.
- Experience in cardiovascular, metabolic, and/or musculoskeletal diseases.
- Coding ability in Python, C/C++, or R.
- Strong communication skills to present methods and results to diverse audiences.
