Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day project, program, and portfolio support activities (tracking work, follow-up, operational execution).
- Partner with Senior Scientific Leadership, Research Program Management, Discovery Scientists, Operational Managers, and IT to align on data and operational needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned data domains (data structure, business meaning, downstream impact).
- Monitor data quality, investigate issues, and drive corrective actions to improve accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Coordinate data maintenance (backfill, restructuring, clean-up) to keep discovery portfolio data current and accurate.
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities to strengthen data flow and operational execution.
- Provide subject matter/technical expertise in PPM systems and tools (training, testing, implementation support).
- Support operational forums and stakeholder touchpoints by communicating needs and surfacing follow-up actions.
This Role Requires:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in biology/biochemistry/life science field plus 7+ years relevant experience (PhD preferred but not required).
- Strong experience supporting discovery operations, data management, system support, or portfolio/operational data processes.
- Working knowledge of data quality, governance standards, and operational processes.
- Strong scientific and drug discovery knowledge; ability to connect data to decisions.
- Experience identifying/analyzing/resolving data issues (root cause, downstream impact, follow-up).
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal skills; ability to support change management and cross-functional alignment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail; sharp focus on data quality.

Salary Range (annually): $98,100.00 - $160,100.00
