Associate Manager, Pipeline Analytics & Operations

Role: Associate Manager of Pipeline Analytics and Operations, supporting data analysis and process management to enhance strategic planning in biopharma. Responsibilities: conduct data analysis, develop visual reports, support data management strategies, assist in project coordination, optimize operational processes, prepare routine and ad hoc reports, facilitate communication among teams, and support resource management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or business discipline; 4+ years of experience in project coordination, systems, or biotech/pharma industries; strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in project management and business intelligence tools; experience with AI tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot is a plus. Preferred: knowledge of drug development processes, database management, and customer support experience.
