Associate Manager of Strategic Enablement (Electrophysiology) β€” Flex/Hybrid; 3 days per week onsite in Irvine, CA office.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage leadership/governance meeting logistics (agenda development, scheduling, minutes, decision logs, action tracking).
- Partner cross-functionally to obtain accurate, timely data for leadership reviews, goals, and performance reporting.
- Shape agendas, clarify objectives, and ensure meetings are outcome-focused and aligned to strategic priorities.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain business processes and project documentation (e.g., charters, review process, escalation process, decision authority frameworks).
- Track enterprise/function goals, objectives, and KPIs; ensure data integrity and alignment to targets.
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting dashboards, scorecards, and templates for progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor follow-through on leadership decisions and commitments; coordinate owners and escalate risks/delays.
- Identify opportunities to improve governance effectiveness, meeting efficiency, and reporting quality; support process improvements.
- Ensure governance artifacts and reporting meet internal standards, compliance expectations, and audit requirements.
- Provide clear written and verbal communications for senior leadership (executive-ready summaries and documentation).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years progressive experience in governance operations, PMO, strategy enablement, business operations, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated cross-functional experience collecting, validating, and synthesizing data for senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of governance models, leadership operating rhythms, and goal/metric management frameworks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Wrike).
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent written communication skills.
