Associate Manager, Marketing – Neurology (Rare Disease)

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Brand Lead to execute strategic/tactical marketing plans aligned to business objectives.
- Support HCP and patient marketing across personal, non-personal, digital, and field channels; translate customer insights into tactics.
- Support sales force execution via promotional materials, training support, and field pull-through.
- Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitive activity; recommend optimizations.
- Lead MAP (Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance) end-to-end promotional review; manage promotional materials lifecycle (development through retirement).
- Maintain product claims library, reference repository, and promotional inventory; support omnichannel/digital content deployment.
- Lead assigned brand initiatives/projects (planning through execution), manage timelines/stakeholders, and coordinate agency/vendor activities.
- Support marketing budget tracking, spend/invoice reconciliation, PO management, reporting; manage vendor onboarding/contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, and industry guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field (required).
- MBA/advanced degree (preferred).
- 3–5 years pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare commercial experience (rare disease preferred).
- Experience managing promotional review workflows (MAP) and using Veeva PromoMats or similar systems.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, OPDP guidance, and promotional compliance.
- Project management; experience managing agencies/vendors/budgets/timelines; familiarity with CRM/omnichannel platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Compensation
- Anticipated base salary range: $99,000–$120,000.
