Responsibilities
- Partner with Brand Lead to execute strategic/tactical marketing plans and HCP/patient initiatives across personal, non-personal, digital, and field channels.
- Support lifecycle management and translate customer insights into actionable tactics.
- Support sales force execution via promotional materials, training support, and field pull-through.
- Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitive activity; recommend optimizations.
- Lead end-to-end MAP (Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance) review and manage promotional materials (development, approvals, implementation, maintenance, expiration/retirement).
- Maintain product claims library/reference repository/inventory.
- Support omnichannel/digital execution with marketing centers of excellence and agencies.
- Lead assigned brand/tactical projects from planning through execution; manage timelines, communications, production schedules, and workflow prioritization.
- Coordinate agencies/vendors and ensure contractual/performance compliance.
- Support product marketing budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, purchase orders, and reporting; manage vendor onboarding/contracts.
- Partner with Patient Services/Advocacy/Sales/Medical Affairs/external organizations for disease awareness and patient engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field (required).
- MBA/advanced degree (preferred).
- 3β5 years in pharma/biotech/healthcare/commercial experience (required).
- Rare disease experience (preferred).
- Experience managing promotional review workflows (MAP).
- Veeva PromoMats or similar content review systems (required).
- Working knowledge of FDA regulations, OPDP guidance, and promotional compliance.
- Project management; experience with agencies/vendors/budgets/timelines.
- Familiarity with CRM and omnichannel platforms.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving, communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
