Corporate Functions
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the timely and accurate completion of the monthly accounting cycle for areas of responsibility
- Review and prepare journal entries, supporting schedules, account analyses, reconciliations, and variance explanations
- Ensure proper accounting and compliance with accounting policies for capital expenditures, leases, prepaid expenses, and other areas of responsibility
- Present monthly financial results to Senior Management (Corporate Controller and CFO)
- Ensure accuracy of 10Q/K financial statement notes related to areas of responsibility
- Maintain effective internal controls and ensure internal control documentation is prepared/updated timely
- Facilitate quarterly and annual requests from internal and external auditors; lead SOX walkthroughs
- Review and update accounting policies to reflect business or accounting guidance changes
- Support Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials ERP implementation; assist with user acceptance testing and update workpapers/process documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- 1+ year(s) in a people management role

Required Skills/Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication across all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications:
- Big 4 accounting experience
- CPA or CPA track
- ERP implementation experience
- Experience with Oracle GL, Smartview, and Oracle Fixed Asset Module

Required/Preferred Tools:
- High proficiency with Microsoft applications, specifically Microsoft Excel
