Role Summary

Associate Manager, Cell Therapy Supply Chain. Join Immatics and shape the future of cancer immunotherapy; one patient at a time. The role oversees the patient journey from screening through treatment across TCR-based immunotherapy platforms, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure therapies reach patients quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally between clinical operations, manufacturing, and quality to effectively manage patient products from leukapheresis collection through drug product infusion
  • Develop and improve SOPs, work instructions, and training materials used to ensure a seamless end-to-end patient journey
  • Manage logistics providers responsible for transportation of patient material (starting material, intermediates, and final product)
  • Ensure chain of custody (COC) and chain of Identity (COI) measures are maintained throughout all patient journey activities
  • Support CMO activities including logistics support for all patient-related material including CMO storage capacity management
  • Manage auxiliary medicinal products (AxMPs) as applicable for support of current clinical trials
  • Support/manage clinical sites as primary point of contact for scheduling and general inquiries regarding patient journey activities

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • Bachelorโ€šร„รดs or Masterโ€šร„รดs degree in relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
    • 4 years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Previous industry experience in a biotech or pharma company
  • Preferred:
    • Proficient verbal & written communication and presentation skills
    • Strong ability to identify, deeply analyze, and communicate problems
    • Ability to anticipate future risks and establish a mitigation plan
    • Understanding of broader impact beyond own team/department
    • Ability to develop and independently implement solutions within own area or across teams/departments
    • Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility beyond own scope
    • Driver of innovation and development in own area of expertise
    • Matrix leadership skills
    • Experience with cell therapies
    • GxP awareness

Skills

  • Regulatory knowledge related to GMP, GCP, Part 11 and cold chain logistics
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication for internal and external partners
