Associate Laboratory Manager

Role: Support laboratory operations as Associate Laboratory Manager at Cabaletta Bio, focusing on maintaining and optimizing lab space supporting cell therapy research for autoimmune diseases. Objectives include ensuring daily lab functionality, managing inventory and supplies, equipment maintenance, and supporting GxP-compliant procedures. Responsibilities encompass lab upkeep, equipment monitoring, inventory management, documentation, and facilitating external personnel access. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in a scientific discipline with 1+ years lab experience; skills in aseptic techniques, cell culture, molecular/biochemical assays, and equipment handling; ability to lift ~40 lbs; strong organizational, communication, and proactive attitude. Preferred: experience with sample/inventory tracking, LIMS/ELN, knowledge of GDP/GLP, and 2+ years in lab operations within industry or academia.
