Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 8AM–6PM
Responsibilities:
- Support QC Microbiology at Biogen RTP Pharma by applying Biogen Quality Systems and cGMP requirements.
- Collect routine environmental monitoring (EM) samples (weekly air, particulate, surface); perform colony counting and Gram staining.
- Conduct water monitoring for WFI and USP systems; perform daily analytical and microbial testing.
- Perform release and stability microbial testing (e.g., membrane filtration bioburden, endotoxin, growth promotion); complete preparatory/post-execution activities in a cGMP manner; perform analytical data review.
- Support qualification and validation activities.
- Author action excursions, CAPAs, deviations, and Quality Technical Reports.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, microbiology, chemistry, or other lab-based science; 0–2 years industry experience.
- Ability to multitask, coordinate parallel activities, and demonstrate problem-solving/troubleshooting.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LabWare LIMS and TrackWise.
- Working knowledge of QC GMP environment.
- Experience with microbiology testing (endotoxin, bioburden, environmental monitoring).

- Base compensation range: $57,000–$74,000.
