Job Family Summary
- Executes quality and manufacturing procedures to meet production demands and regulatory requirements.
- On-time manufacture of intermediate, semi-finished and finished pharmaceutical products that meet quality standards.
- Assists with equipment operating specifications, standard operating procedures, improved manufacturing techniques, and equipment maintenance/calibration/resolving technical issues.
Shift
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm (10% Shift Differential)
Essential Duties and Key Job Responsibilities
- Works on semi-routine assignments requiring some judgment; makes routine recommendations within defined practices and policies.
- May provide guidance to lower-level personnel.
- Execute manufacturing operations per Manufacturing Records, Current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Standard Operating Procedures in a clean room.
- Setup, cleanup/teardown, and sanitization of manufacturing area and equipment with supervision.
- Operate manufacturing production equipment under supervision per records/SOPs.
- Perform in-process inspection/testing under supervision per records/SOPs.
- Document manufacturing activities accurately in Manufacturing Records, Controlled Forms, Product Container Labels, and Logbooks.
- Verify and document manufacturing steps performed by other Manufacturing Associates.
- Follow all Company, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
- Fully qualified to operate approximately 50% of manufacturing equipment.
Qualifications
- High School/GED with 0β3 years (Associate I) or 3β5 years (Associate II) related experience, or equivalent combination of experience/training.
- Medical clearance to wear a respirator (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) for entire shift.
- Ability to gown and de-gown (up to three clean room layers; potent compound gowning such as Tyvek jumpsuit).
Pay Range
- $25.00β$37.50 per hour
