Role: Cell and gene therapy manufacturing technician responsible for routine cGMP production at a state-of-the-art facility. Primary objectives include aseptic processing, cell isolation, culturing, cryopreservation, upstream/downstream processing, fill finish, and final product inspection. Responsibilities encompass writing SOPs and batch records, equipment setup, process execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure right-first-time technology transfer. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous process improvement. Qualifications: Bachelorโ€™s degree with โ‰ฅ2 years or Masterโ€™s degree with up to 1 year of related experience; experience preferred in cGMP manufacturing or process development of CAR T, TCR, NK, AAV, LV therapies; familiarity with primary cell culture and equipment such as CliniMACS, bioreactors, chromatography skids, TFF systems, and G-Rex platforms. Skills include aseptic techniques, effective communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Physical ability to perform extended standing, lifting, and PPE use is required. High-value specifics: focus on cell and gene therapies (CAR-Ts, AAVs, LVs), early to late-stage clinical manufacturing support, cross-functional teamwork with process sciences, quality assurance, engineering, and tech ops; work environment involves nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
