Associate I, Manufacturing

Role: Manufacturing technician on night shift in biopharma production, focusing on biologics manufacturing. Objectives: ensure high-quality, safe, compliant, and cost-effective production of biologics. Responsibilities: perform hands-on tasks including cleaning, sterilizing, assembling/disassembling equipment, executing process steps per SOPs and BPRs, documenting activities in line with cGMP, handling hazardous materials, interfacing with automation and electronic systems (e.g., PAS, BAS, LIMS), supporting qualification and validation efforts, and participating in root cause investigations and CAPA processes. Requirements: High school diploma/GED or associate’s degree with 1+ years of transferable skills, or bachelor’s degree with minimal experience; experience in pharma or biotech sterile manufacturing preferred; basic knowledge of cGMP, SOP execution, and equipment operation desired; mechanical aptitude advantageous. Work Setup: night shift (6PM–6AM, 2-2-3 schedule), on-site; local legal/educational qualifications may vary.
