Job family summary:
Executes quality and manufacturing procedures to meet production demands and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include on-time manufacture of intermediate, semi-finished and finished pharmaceutical products that meet quality standards. Assists with establishing equipment operating specifications, standard operating procedures, improving manufacturing techniques, and equipment maintenance, calibration, and resolving technical issues.
1st Shift 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Essential Duties / Key Job Responsibilities:
- Works on semi-routine assignments requiring judgment to resolve problems and make routine recommendations.
- May provide guidance to other lower-level personnel.
- Execute manufacturing operations per Manufacturing Records, cGMP, and SOPs in a clean room environment.
- Perform manufacturing area/equipment setup, cleanup/teardown, and sanitization with supervision.
- Operate manufacturing production equipment (under supervision) per Manufacturing Records and SOPs.
- Perform in-process inspection and testing (under supervision) per Manufacturing Records and SOPs.
- Document manufacturing activities accurately in Manufacturing Records, Controlled Forms Product Container Labels, and Logbooks.
- Verify and document steps performed by other associates as correct in records/logbooks.
- Follow all Company, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines.
- Fully qualified to operate approximately 50% of manufacturing equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School/GED with 0–3 years (Associate I) or 3–5 years (Associate II) related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Willing and able to receive medical clearance to wear a respirator (PAPR) for entire shift.
- Physically able to gown and de-gown (including decontamination fogging shower) in up to three layers clean room/potent facility gowning (e.g., Tyvek jumpsuit).
Pay Range: $25.00 - $37.50 per hour
