Associate - Health, Safety, and Environmental

Role: Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Associate supporting Lilly's manufacturing site in Concord, NC, focusing on developing and maintaining safety programs to foster an injury-free culture. Responsibilities: collaborate across functions to implement HSE systems, conduct incident investigations, support compliance, evaluate equipment and processes for safety improvements, and provide training and coaching on HSE practices and culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in scientific, engineering, or HSE-related field; minimum 3 years of full-time HSE experience in manufacturing, with GMP environment exposure preferred.
