Summary/Job Purpose
The Associate GPO & Strategic Partner Marketing Director executes aligned GPO, Strategic Partner, and EASE (Exelixis Access Services) tactics with internal and external partners, including contract management and budget planning.

Responsibilities
- Lead tactical execution of GPO, Strategic Partner, and EASE marketing programs with Brand Marketing and Market Access.
- Monitor trends/competition and integrate insights into program development.
- Contribute to development of the GPO and EASE strategic plan.
- Monitor usage, performance, and customer satisfaction; optimize tactics to drive outcomes.
- Manage agencies and external stakeholder relationships.
- Support GPO Conference planning (assets and tactics) with Key Customer Strategy and Brand Marketing.
- Manage contract and budget reconciliation for GPO and Strategic Partner tactics.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Finance to follow policies/procedures.
- Manage content creation for EASE/GPO and oversee review/approval by RAMP.
- Liaise with Market Access, Promotions, KCT, and Sales Training to implement strategies via personal/non-personal approaches.
- Develop and deliver presentations to internal/external audiences.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree + 9 years; or BS/BA + 11 years; or equivalent education/experience.
- Preferred: Sales, Market Access, and Marketing experience; Oncology experience.

Skills/Abilities
- Strong pharma marketing background (GPOs, IDNs, VA) and partnership understanding.
- Strategic thinking, initiative, creativity; cross-functional collaboration; prioritization/networking.
- Ability to use organizational data to optimize programs.
- Track record meeting financial/quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Strong project and budget management; problem-solving; strong communication.
- Plus: Access/Managed Care marketing experience; FDA promotion regulation knowledge; adult learning program design/implementation.
- Business travel required (20–40%).

Benefits (explicit)
- Base pay range: $178,000–$252,000 annually; plus Total Rewards benefits (401k with company contributions, medical/dental/vision, life/disability, flexible spending, discretionary annual bonus/incentive plan, stock purchase/long-term incentives, vacation/holidays, sick days).
