Key Responsibilities
- Aspect owner for IPM environmental aspects.
- Conduct site self-assessments for environmental aspects to ensure IPM meets or exceeds compliance requirements.
- Lead aspect focus teams to drive engagement in environmental programs.
- Track and provide environmental metrics to the site and corporate functions; recommend continuous improvement actions based on data trends.
- Ensure RCRA hazardous waste and DOT hazardous material compliance (program management, employee training, and indirect management of 3rd party waste handling technicians).
- Assess environmental impact and required actions for IPM change controls.
- Participate in the Indy campus Spill Team; provide guidance on spill cleanup and waste handling.
- Provide health and safety support to one or more IPM departments.
- Provide on-call support as needed for IPM manufacturing teams.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Science, Industrial Safety, or similar.
- Prior environmental experience, especially in RCRA hazardous waste and DOT hazardous material management.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of environmental experience (manufacturing preferred).
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong environmental regulatory knowledge.
- Demonstrated technical leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and documentation; cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data to propose program and process improvements.

Compensation/Benefits
- Anticipated wage: $65,250 - $169,400.
- Full-time employees may be eligible for a company bonus.
