Associate Director, WW Medical Skills

Role: Associate Director, WW Medical Skills within Bristol Myers Squibb's Worldwide Commercialization Learning (WWCL) Centre of Excellence, responsible for developing and executing the global Medical skills learning strategy across field and home office Medical teams. Responsibilities include translating medical priorities into role-based skills frameworks and learning pathways, overseeing program design and delivery, and ensuring relevance and consistency across markets. The role involves strategic stakeholder collaboration with Medical Learning, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional leaders, as well as managing external delivery partners like LEAP. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred; 8-10+ years in learning, medical affairs, or capability development in life sciences; experience designing and implementing Medical capability programs globally; strong understanding of HCP engagement, Medical Affairs practices, and adult learning principles.
