Role: Associate Director, WW Medical Learning for Oncology, responsible for developing and executing the scientific learning strategy to enhance Global Field Medical (FM) and Home Office Medical (HOM) teams' capabilities. Responsibilities: shape multi-year training plans aligned with medical and commercial priorities, set standards for launch readiness, design data education approaches for major congresses, foster strategic partnerships across Medical Affairs and Commercialization teams, and incorporate innovative learning modalities including AI. Qualifications: advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, etc.), 2+ years therapeutic area experience preferred, 5+ years in pharma/biotech with proven stakeholder influence, strategic planning, and adult learning expertise.
