Associate Director, WW Medical Learning, Neuro

Role: Associate Director, WW/International Markets Medical Learning, specializing in neurology, responsible for developing and executing the multi-year scientific learning strategy to enhance global medical education and scientific exchange. Responsibilities: translate medical and commercial priorities into strategic plans; oversee training standards for field medical and home office teams; design and govern scientific data education approaches, including congress data management; build cross-functional partnerships, foster innovation with new learning modalities and AI; create scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs; measure training effectiveness, and align resources with strategic priorities. Qualifications: advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, etc.); 2+ years therapeutic area experience preferred; 5+ years industry experience, ideally with field MSL or similar roles; proven influence with global senior stakeholders; expertise in adult learning principles and scalable solutions; excellent communication and strategic planning skills; ability to operate independently with high accountability; travel up to ~10%.
