Role: Strategic leader responsible for defining and implementing the global scientific learning strategy for BMS Neurology, aimed at empowering Field Medical (FM) and Home Office Medical (HOM) teams to deliver high-impact, compliant scientific exchange. Responsibilities: develop multi-year educational roadmaps, support launch readiness standards, oversee data education at medical congresses, foster cross-functional partnerships, and integrate innovative learning technologies including AI; establish measurement frameworks for training effectiveness and optimize resource deployment. Requirements: advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, etc.); 2+ years in therapeutic area experience and 5+ years in biotech/pharma, with a track record in medical education or field-based medical roles; proven stakeholder influence and strategic planning skills.
