Associate Director, Vendor & Relationship Management

Role: Associate Director of Vendor & Relationship Management, focusing on strategic partnerships with clinical vendors, CROs, and service providers to support Acadia's neurological and rare disease clinical programs. Responsibilities: develop vendor strategies, oversee vendor performance and governance, facilitate operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement through data analytics and process initiatives. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Legal, and other functions to ensure compliance, quality, and alignment with trial timelines. Support inspection readiness, vendor audits, and process standardization. Qualifications: Bachelor's in life sciences or related field; 8+ years in clinical trial operations, vendor oversight, or biopharma outsourcing; strong understanding of GxP, ICH GCP, and clinical trial models; experience with performance metrics, dashboards, and vendor management systems; excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. High-Value: Focus on outsourced clinical trial services across early and late-stage programs in neurodegenerative and psychiatric indications, requiring international travel and hybrid work setup in Princeton, NJ, or San Diego, CA.
