Associate Director - Value & Implementation Quality and Standards

Role: Associate Director, Q&S Steward within V&I Operations, focusing on developing, reviewing, and training on Standards to ensure compliance across global Medical Affairs and Outcomes Research. Responsibilities: lead large-scale projects linking global and local Standards, support audits, review and revise Standards and related documentation, monitor risk plans, and ensure alignment with divisional QMS and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with regional teams and external stakeholders, serving as a subject-matter expert on Quality & Standards. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences, healthcare, or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience with knowledge of compliance, Quality systems, and GxP in biopharma; proficiency in SOP writing, AI tools, and MS Office; excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred: understanding of Medical Affairs and Outcomes Research environment. Reports to the Director, Quality & Standards Lead, and operates within a complex matrix environment.
